“I was charged 3 times and no one seemed to know why. They said to wait 24 hours. The first 2 charges then after I called another charge showed up. the TV remote hardly worked. Very frustrating to see charges show up and no one seemed to know why. I was told to try and call when a manager was available. Tried customer service but took a very long time.”

“Pool was disgusting, unable to use it. Restaurant was closed, the breakfast was only cereal and Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches. There old food left in the fridge in my room, housekeeping never did a thorough cleaning from the prior guest. The outside has overgrown weeds throughout the entire property.
