“After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.”

“Perfect hotel on the drive through Ohio and PA. Staff were very friendly and considerate. On checkin my wife saw a small teddy bear on the desk that was identical to a bear her (late) mom gave her when she was a child. When she inquired about whose it was they said they’d find out when we checked out in the am. Upon checkout they still had not found out - so we left and before she could get through the door they graciously offered it to my wife for free, and really made her holiday. Thank You...
