“Communication with Property Owner was excellent. This cute little cottage has been renovated and has a nice feel indoors. There is a beautiful porch on the back with a lovely view. The unit includes a mini fridge and mini microwave along with a little table and two chairs. If you have long hair, water pressure could be a concern. My shower worked great but the sink water pressure was not strong. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The air conditioning works fine.”

“Weather didn't cooperate much but we enjoyed our time nonetheless. Love this spot for it's proximity to the village of Damariscotta. So convenient and a cute place to stay.”

“A wonderfully hidden gem. A step back in time. Idealic Maine camp with wood floors and stone fireplace. Absolutely beautiful property with views of the water from every window and evening sunsets to enjoy. Explored the rocky beach and loved the dock!”

“We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable king size bed with plenty of good pillows. Shower had wonderful pressure! Kitchen well equipped. Quiet and view over lake serene. Enjoyed the loon and bald eagle. Best for 2 people bunk room very small. Would recommend and come back ourselves, but longer stay. serene.”

“House is tiny. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Linens were plush. Kitchen fully accessorized. Ocean and bay were within easy walking distance. Could actually hear the waves from front yard. Neighborhood quiet,neighbors friendly”

“The historic cottage is well appointed with everything you need for a summer respite. There is a large picture window that gives a beautiful waterfront view. The large deck is equipped with a table and chairs for dinning with a carryout from the Pemaquid Lobsterman's Co-op. The Adirondack chairs are perfect for your summer read. IT IS SO QUIET THERE. We are already planning our return next summer”
