B&B a Louds Island

“This property was immaculate! Gorgeous setting, delicious breakfasts, stunning views. Our first time vacationing in Maine and it was a treat! Brianna was so helpful and very accommodating...can't say enough good things about our experience at this property!!”

“Very nice facility. Clean, and wee decorated. Great outside deckls and garden.”

“Grande disponibilità e professionalità della signora Hellen. Posizione perfetta per girare il paese a piedi. Parcheggio comodo.”

“You can certainly tell the property was very, very old....tons of character for sure! A total step back in time, but there were some great modern conveniences; heat pumps, electronic locks for check in and for the rooms, wifi. The host was very accomodating. The room and common areas were clean and inviting.”

“Very nice place to stay. Boothbay Harbor has so many wonderful restaurants, activities and shops to visit. Jersey was one of a kind. Always wanting to help or recommend things to do.”

“Jersey is a great host! The house was immaculate and the views are breathtaking. You shouldn’t miss the fireside ghost stories. Would definitely stay again.”

“Stayed one night in October during foliage season, and the inn is really nice. Our host spent a good 20 minutes showing us around, including the fire pit, the common spaces (kitchen, living room and game room) and the widow's peak balcony. When we were looking for dinner, he called around and found us a reservation at an Italian restaurant right around the corner. After that, he left us alone for the rest of our stay, which was exactly what we wanted. We had a corner room with two private...

“The attentiveness to Jersey was over the top! His goal was to please. Greenleaf Inn couldn’t have been more quaint and added to the uniqueness of Boothbay. My only regret was I didn’t plan an extra night. We will definitely return!”

“This is a great property. You have full access to a kitchen that is stocked with snacks and breakfast. There are lots of rocking chairs and outdoor chairs to lounge and look at the harbor. Jersey was great. He even lit a fire every evening. Everything is walkable from here. Would definitely stay here again.”
