“While we enjoyed the caretaker the property was not represented upon our booking that it would be in repairs/restoration during our stay. There was garbage and debri from the repairs/renovations all over the backyard which was visible from our room. There was garbage on the front porch and outside our room and an overgrowth of weeds (not native wild, just unattended walkway weeds) which took away from the BnB ambiance. There wasn't a blind in the window in the bathroom just sheer curtains...

“Really nice outside the inside was nice but could be spruced up and decorated the weekend. Lobster bake was good a little pricey for no more than what you got. I would suggest some chips or fries with the lobster roll.”

And our breakfasts were absolutely amazing! We had to leave early the first morning for a whale watching tour and we were so nicely accommodated with delicious homemade muffins and smoothies to go! “The Elms is an historic inn conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Camden with free parking. Traffic gets congested in peak season so this is a plus. Breakfast was delicious, healthy and hearty, served on the patio. A perfect place for a quick visit to Camden!”
