“Clean room”

“The property is generally clean and all rhe staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean overall but with some minor damage (e.g. a wooden clothes hanging rack had a broken dowel and was unuseable). One of the elevators was also out of commission although signs indicated maintenance was on the way). Our room air conditioner also had a funky, odd noise most of the time (like road construction crew dumping gravel in the street). When it wasn't making that noise, it was pretty quiet in...

“Staff was delightful and check in was efficient. We were greeted each evening of our stay by the young man at the front desk and he was very helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good, hot, and readily available.”

“Parking garage is nice. Hotel is clean and conference center is adequate. Only thing is both elevators were not working when I stayed and a convention was in town. Had to go outside to the stairwell which was not convenient in the rain. The food menu could use an update but the wait/bar staff was friendly. All in all, it would have been your typical Holiday Inn if all the elevators would have been working. The pool area was in serious need of attention at the time of my stay.”
