“Rooms are old and in need of repair. Door molding: broken Lamp shade: missing. Soap dispenser in bathroom:missing. Room and hallway had a funky smell. ”

“Hot water did not work. Bathroom was dirty and the beds did not sleep well.”

“There was no soap dish in the shower so a little hard to wash but water was good. Overstuffed side chair was quite dirty on the arms. Otherwise the room was clean. TV worked but outdated.”
