“Con pochi accorgimenti potrebbe migliorare ”

“TERRIBBLE, they never send me the check in information prior to my visit. So when I arrived there was no possible way to access. I spend all day long trying to contact them by phone and no one answered. I ended up booking another hotel because of the irresponsability of them. And now they are eefusing to refund me for a stay I did not use because of there fault. I show es up at the hotel and i was not able to access because THEIR FAULT, not mine. Waste of time, and money, I don’t recomend...

“Buona sistemazione per chi arriva in auto da Sud (Charleroi) vicino ad un centro commerciale , per chi arriva dopo le 21:00 hanno la possibilità di SELF CHECK IN tramite codici inviati per mail, quindi appena ricevuta la conferma di prenotazione via mail si può chiamare e avvisare che si arriva dopo il loro orario di apertura ”

“Excellent hospitality, nice breakfast with local bread, fruits, variety of ham, cheese, jams etc and good coffee. Spacious and clean room. The owner had a cute Italian greyhound. A knight use to live here in the 1800s, which makes this place more special. It is a recommended place to stay if you visit Brussels!!”

“Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura perchè mi ero innamorata dell’aspetto originale delle stanze e per via del negozio di saponi a piano terra. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo c’è stato un problema di overbooking e quindi la nostra stanza non era più disponibile. Sebastien si è subito mobilitato per trovare un alloggio che potesse essere simile al suo e ci ha accompagnati in auto risolvendo la situazione subito. Inizialmente non volevo fare una recensione, visto la tristezza di non aver potuto...

“Proper, niet ver van mijn acadamy, alles heel dichtbij, je kon lekker eten in restaurant tussen Italiaans, Indische, maar verder op ook sushi, frietjes, colruyt in de buurt, heel nette kamers perfect voor business klanten, kort verblijf. Heb op en top genoten. Jammer geen digitale tv maar dat is dan ook persoonlijke keuzr”
