“When you're in the middle of renovations, it would be good to indicate that somewhere. Instead I walked into a hotel that had no ice, little vending, no equipment in the fitness room, and only one of two elevators functioning. The first room I was placed in should NOT have been an option because it had no coffee maker, tissues, soap, alarm clock, phone, USB port, or batteries in the remote.
