“Upon arrival everything looked ok and our room looked nice. We had been in the heat all day and just looking forward to getting showers and resting. Shower gel was completely empty, but front desk sent more quickly. Found several pubic hairs in the shower and hotel never acknowledged by message about that. “The property was under construction while we stayed here. I felt taken advantage of because of this. Any other place we could have stayed didn’t have the noise or displacement we felt. I still paid full price for a property that wasn’t a complete product that I paid for. Construction ALL day, maybe a couple hours of no construction while we stayed. “This hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport in the neighborhood that I would rate as a two on a scale of one to five one being the lowest. Although there were some issues with my room, the staff promptly upgraded me to a suite however the floors were dirty and sticky, and the coffee maker did not work and the water pressure was marginal.
