Hotel a Luxemburg

“Our room smelt like dog. I ask the desk clerk if they had designated rooms for animals. Her reply was I’m pretty sure every room has had a dog in it🙄 Not ok with that.”

“Room had damage to walls, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the thermostat did not control the temperature. For 250 a night I would expect the rooms to be taken care of.”

“We had a reasonably nice stay at this hotel, which is on the western side of Dubuque and has an indoor pool and hot tub. The property was well kept and the room and public areas were clean. The beds were comfortable and there were ample electrical outlets. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. There was no vent in bathroom and the refrigerator had problems: one front leg was missing, the freezer compartment was thick with frost, and the thermostat dial was missing. Since the desk clerk...

“Property needs to be renovated and the outside needs some proper landscaping. Front desk was not there. Had to wait 5 minutes after dialing the number and ringing. Room clean and beds comfortable.”
