“We loved the proximity to the park but the whole experience was spoiled because each time any room turned on the tap, the pipework screeched like a call bell. This happens all night. Staff were very quick to help move us to a quiet floor and they were very obviously aware of the problem so I can't complain about the staff but the manager needs to sort out the problem.”

“After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. But the distinguishing factor was definitely the people - no request was too small, I was greeted very warmly when I entered and when I left...

“Colazione buona (ho provato solo avocado toast m ottimo). Letti grandi e molto comodi con scelta cuscini . Il bagno era abbastanza freddo perché trattandosi di un vecchio hotel non ci sono impianti di riscaldamento quindi doveva essere scaldato dall’aria del termoconvettore che però si trovava in camera.suggerrisco di aggiungere una stufetta portatile o un condizionatore aggiuntivo in camera ”

“Staff were friendly. Maintenance on rooms and overall cleanliness was pretty mid. There were white stains on the side of the bed, that I really didn't want to think too much about. It was quite a warm weekend I was staying and the cooling was pretty average. Couldn't open the window because you know city pigeons and street noise. Location is pretty spot on for being in the CBD. Close to amazing restaurants,cafes trains and trams”
