Hotel a Maceo

“Nothing good about this hotel.”

“There was some homeless or gypsy women hanging out in their parking garage all during the day and most of the night. It seems even 1 of them would come in to go swimming and use the laundry facilities.”

“No ice machine, leaking window during rain, bad odor inside the room, terrible door lock. Never again”

“I thought we had a let out couch and microwave l, but didn't. Breakfast wasn't free for what we paid per night”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff reached out to make sure my stay was going well.”

“My tv didn’t work. The room didn’t even have the right remote controls. They spent a few hours working on it. The staff said it was an ongoing problem. Why did Marriott pay big money for such high end tvs , when they could have spent $200 or less at Walmart for a Vizio that works. Very disappointed, as I need the tv for white noise. Therefore, I didn’t sleep. Not a happy customer. With that being said…the staff was amazing!”

“I loved the large balcony overlooking the river. It’s basically why I went there. The staff members I encountered were helpful and pleasant. Parking was a breeze. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and well maintained. Nice outdoor eating/seating. I will definitely be back.”

“If you would like quiet clean and friendly staff in a good location this is the place!”

“This was a nice friendly location not far from holiday world. There’s a Dennys restaurant, Wendy’s, and two gas stations close by for convenience”

“Breakfast was great! They are in the process of renovations so sone things still need to be finished. Nice beds.”

“Needs updating and refrigerators in rooms. Great location for Santa Claus World. You’ll have to do research on areas to eat and drive too unless, you want pizza or subway. We visited the end of June beginning of July and all the stores closed around 5:00.”

“Let's just say, you get what you pay for. My had a dirty shower and dusty shelving. My television didn't work. The walls are then. I heard every conversation I didn't want to. Made it very hard to sleep. I had to get up shift in the am”
