“Someone was in my room when I arrived. The hotel wanted him to go but I don't want a room that is not clean. They gave me another room but the hotel had no water at first then no hot water for the duration of my stay. The light outside the room was not working so I had to use the light of my phone. It could be a nice hotel but need bit of work.”

“My family and I booked our stay and had a horrible experience. Check in took at least 30 mins due to the rooms not being ready in time although I notified the property of my arrival time and arriving well past the posted check in time. There was no hot water at any time of the day, and it was so loud that we barely slept. The worst part was finding a toenail in our bed that did not belong to us. The only positive thing of this hotel was the location. Stay at your own risk.”

“The property is up of a 60 steepy wet slippy step staircase.(Dark at night time). Not recommendable at all for elderly and knee or hip issues. I was changed by the owner for a nearby hotel(1min distance) called Gringo Bills, but instead of my queen size bed bedroom(i had paid) i was given a rough single bed bedroom, the abat-jour not working, cold sink water, plus the room was next to the breakfast and reception so impossible to sleep as people go for it at 5/6am and the housekeepers started...

“Great hotel, conveniently located. Super clean and cute. Request the room with a balcony over the train track. The others look like they were enclosed with no windows. Not sure. Breakfast ended at 8:00 AM which was really weird to me. Most continental breakfast that I’ve experienced in the US and about 10 o’clock. Wasn’t very helpful if we were sleeping in. Would be very helpful to have a to go breakfast for those going on an early bus to Machu Picchu.”
