“Great food, great decor, and plenty of stairs!”

“La camera era enorme, oltre al letto king c'era un divano, un tavolo con 4 sedie, una cassettiera con frigo, microonde e TV. La camera era un po' polverosa, con una (piccola) ragnatela sul lampadario, il bagno pulito. Parcheggio comodo, zona ben servita”

“Tbh this felt like a Quality Inn or something- right next to a ball park that set off fireworks at 9pm. The pool and hot tub are sort of outside so it was super dirty. They nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. Pay for parking, pay for breakfast, pay for water in your room.”

“This was an amazing stay. Friendly people, very clean facility, good food, and the softest beds! If I’m ever back this way, definitely worth staying here again!”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. It is in a great location in Reno. Just down the road from the river walk and also several casinos. Clean room and staff were very friendly! We ate breakfast in the restaurant attached and it was a great meal. The only real con to this stay was the elevators. They are extremely slow and one of the three were out of service. Stairs are not an option as the door states that the emergency siren will go off if you open the door.”

“When I checked in the man charged an extra $100, claimed it was some type of accomodation incidental & if there was none then the $100 will return back to my credit card. I asked for a receipt, buy denied. The man said Id receive a receipt when I check out. When I checked out, the man did NOT give me a receipt. I demand a receipt & will take this up with a complaint to CEO/Complaints department. Every customer has a right to a receipt. When I checked in the man didnt tell me how the valet...

“Terrible WiFi, only one working lightbulb in the bathroom, no microwave. Wireless phone charger by the bed did not work; phone died overnight. Bell hop was unavailable at checkout time; had to lug out my own luggage. Won't ever return.”

“Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe. “Great friendly staff. Only complaint I would have is to have more than waffle maker for breakfast. If you don’t get there at open or want to wait in line for 20 minutes you mine as well not even try for the waffles. Other than that slight complaint it was an enjoyable stay very comfortable and great staff”

“Hotel nuovissimo in zona di recente urbanizzazione vicinissimo a ristoranti e centro commerciale, affacciato a un laghetto e soprattutto non sembra di essere a Reno che è solo positivo. Pulito, accogliente, camere spaziose, buona colazione.”

“In our room the microwave, refrig and coffee maker did not work. We only realized this upon trying g to use them in the morning. The refrig was cold when we checked in but by the morning the items, $15, had to be thrown out.i told the front desk who said sorry, I will let maintenance know.”
