“There were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor super gross floors were kind of dirty and fridge wasn’t very cold and coffee maker had existing water in it also gross”

“La camera era enorme, oltre al letto king c'era un divano, un tavolo con 4 sedie, una cassettiera con frigo, microonde e TV. La camera era un po' polverosa, con una (piccola) ragnatela sul lampadario, il bagno pulito. Parcheggio comodo, zona ben servita”

“The pool was so small and has a max number of 40 people and 4 for the hot tub. The hotel has over 30 stories! How does it not have a bigger pool and why can’t they keep it clean? Not enough chairs and no umbrellas just out in the open sun. The room was great. The bellhop service was great! I know most people don’t care about the pool. But this was my mini get away. I always use the pool and the gym.”

“Corporate hotel with clean rooms, comfy bed, good air-conditioning, and nice big shower. Nice outside area by the river.”

“Great cleaning crew. Elevator had good service and clean. Reception was not bad (specially there was a guy on duty on 6/6 morning shift). Bad internet reception, except in the lobby. Dirty/old toilet (not cleaning crew's fault) Neighborhood was dirty and a lot of homeless people. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay.”

“There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!”

“Noisy fridge, dodgy electricity. Missed cleaning service one day. And never came up with coffee even after a call for refill”
