Hotel vicino a Wilbur D. May Center - Reno

“La camera era enorme, oltre al letto king c'era un divano, un tavolo con 4 sedie, una cassettiera con frigo, microonde e TV. La camera era un po' polverosa, con una (piccola) ragnatela sul lampadario, il bagno pulito. Parcheggio comodo, zona ben servita”

“Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer”

“Quiet, clean room. Breakfast was excellent.”

“The Staff was amazing to deal wirh”

“I did not feel safe staying here. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was not much left of a lumpy mattress. The walls were so thin I didn’t get much sleep. A homeless guy in a wheelchair was right outside my door when I left one time.”

“Very convenient location in downtown Reno. It was walking distance to everything I needed. The staff were very helpful. The telephones in the room do not work. I was only trying to use the phone to call the front desk to get the wifi password which was not given at check-in. Clean and soundproof facility.”

“My overall experience was nice. My room was clean, but a bit dated. The shower could have been warmer. The staff were great. I will probably stay here again on my next visit to Reno.”

“The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.”

“The area was in an industrial part of town and not the best part of town! Parking was OK. The hotel staff was very good. We didn’t have any interaction with the housekeeping staff other than getting clean towels. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very accommodating. The only thing negative in the room was I didn’t have a very comfortable chair and there was no counter space in the bathroom.”

“There were a lot of places available to eat. The rooms were big and clean”

“The windows in the North Wing don’t open and the non smoking room gets filled with the smoke from the casino. I was charged a resort fee that Expedia did not list and was refunded because I mentioned it. Not great and would not go back. ”

“This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either.”
