“If it wasn’t for the sense of uncleanliness and finding hair everywhere. One pillow had a blood stain. It was beyond gross. The robe didn’t look clean… It was the downstairs cafe and bar that made the stay worthy.”

“Room was musty upon check in don’t think anything of it told hubby to turn on the air. We stayed at that hotel due to a wedding. After the wedding at 11pm the room wouldn’t get colder than 71. We had a few drinks tried to go to sleep, figuring eventually the room would cool. The pillows sucked they seem fluffy until you put your head on it and it goes completely flat. “This is a modern and clean hotel close to the airport, but be careful in the shower. There are no hand rails and the shower is very slippery.”

“This is a wonderful hotel! Excellent service, room was immaculate, stylish and excellent linens and amenities, the restaurant is stylish and good breakfast with a view of the river, I used the Valet service which was spot on, would definitely stay there again.”

“The SPA garbage cans were all overflowing; I had a couple's massage, and my massage therapist smelled like last night's leftover alcohol bucket :( All the lines to check into our room were a mile long, forcing us to leave for the SPA so we wouldn't be late to our appointments. It was a drag for real!”

“I had a decent experience at this hotel. The location is great if you're wanting to be near the airport. I didn't use the gym, or try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about that. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I wish they had lotion because my gosh their soap is SO drying! My only complaint is the parking. You have to pay to park, and set it up online, which is a pain, especially after a long travel day. The last thing I wanted to do at check in was run back out to get the...
