“Cleanest hotel in Reno! This hotel has a 80’s Reno vibe but in the best ways. Large but with an intimate feel, quiet, clean indoor pool, large rooms, great water pressure, comfy big beds, free coffee and billiards, free internet, lots of common area space to relax, onsite parking, close to the Row casinos and River Walk restaurants, clubs, and bars, and the most helpful and friendly staff we’ve come across in quite awhile…and we travel a lot! It was also priced right. Nice to see places like...

“For the price the room is basically updated nicely microwave refrigerator good bathroom decent television the pillows are very comfortable but the mattress could use an upgrade.”

“I parked on the casino side when I checked in and didn’t feel completely safe. But parking on the other side was fine. The over all experience was very good. My only complaint would be the noise from traffic mostly. I would stay again. ”

We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...

“We came into town for a family funeral and originally had booked with another property through vrbo. That property had double booked and someone was already in the unit and they canceled on us at 9:00 at night. Coming for a funeral this was the last thing we wanted to have to worry about after driving 13 hours. We ended up coming here to echo suites and it was a perfect stay. Much better area and cleaner environment than where we originally were going to stay so we are grateful. We will stay at...
