“The front desk staff were very courteous, professional and helpful. We came to the city for a medical appointment and needed to book a second night. The gentleman , whose name has escaped me (working in the A.M. of May 29) , assisted us to secure another night. He not only found us a suitable room, but provided us with the best rate. “We stayed at this apartment with our young kids after a day at the aquatic centre. When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the rooms. The bathroom had several (pubic) hairs all around the baseboards and tub, toothbrush splatters on the mirror, unswept/mopped floors, etc. I wish I’d thought to take more photos.
