“Our sofa bed was wet with pee stains but the staff were helpful in switching out the mattress.”

“Conveniently located just a few minutes walking to the Sky Train station (New Westminster station, Expo Line). Has pretty much everything you need in walking distance and if you want to head downtown, it’s easy to hop into the Sky Train. Staff are lovely.”

“The bed was comfy and the room was clen. We stayed in the unit with a private bathroom. We needed to ask for washcloths, but Jennifer brought them up right away. Street parking was tight, but we found a place each time. We would stay here again.”

“I was quite pleased I thought mabe my room would be noisy because it was just off the lobby but it was perfect 👌 close to the coffee and breakfast. They had alot of differnt selections for breakfast. The room had a microwave and fridge and coffee maker. The bed was clean and fresh and room had tv and storage and hangers for clothes. Parking was close even with a charging station availble. Thanks 😊 staff was nice and freindly.”

“From what I saw, not really a hotel, more of a boarding house. Hotel cancelled my Expedia reservation without informing me, then put me in a windowless room with shared common area and bathroom. It was clean and quiet, but not remotely what I was expecting. The room had no amenities, with literal metal folding chairs as the only furnishings other than the bed. I was not issued a receipt, and was not charged what I expected based on my Expedia reservation. The main hotel entrance area looked...

“Very clean room. It was great to have a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. My only suggestion would be a couple vegan/ dairy free options. The quinoa/oatmeal was good but not mixed sufficiently and dry oats in part of it.”

“No where in the description was it mentioned that this was a personal home that is shared with the host family. It was confusing getting into the property, and the shared spaces did not feel welcoming since there was personal belongings of the family scattered around. The property was clean and well maintained, it was just a surprise to us that it was a personal home. The shower was funky with a 40" circular shower with a 12" shower head. There was no where to actually get out of the water...

“Great hotel. Clean. Near the train station. Note, this hotel is nearly 45 min train ride away from Vancouver downtown. Surrey is great, btw. Nearby mall is excellent. Few things to do nearby. Staff was nice. Breakfast is not included but the restaurant options are fantastic.”
