“Space to roam and a Garage! The master suite had the best view of the city and an incredible hot tub bath. It was excellent to have your own washer and drier. Saved us so much money. Just grab some coffee from the Safeway down the street and you’re all set for the morning. ”

“The home and hosts were very pleasant. I loved the jetted tub and the views from the balconies. The property was very spacious and always warm (in winter). The only negatives were parking (tiny garage and difficult driveway) and 3 flights of stairs to get up to master bedroom.”

“The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable.”

“Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. “Even though the suite is small, it’s clean and serves its purpose! Each suite seems to have its own private bathroom, though they aren’t attached to the suite so you have to enter a common hall to use the bathroom. Each one has a code though and feels secure and is well stocked with towels and paper products. Bed was comfy, building was quiet! Check in was super easy and street parking wasn’t too hard to find!”

“The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....
