“The property was conveniently located and surrounded by retail stores and dinner options. Staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. However the room was disappointing. The kitchen and bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, not all electric outlets were working and the hair dryer was also not working…luckily I brought my own. Lack of attention to detailed cleaning as we found cobwebs near the air conditioner and under the lamp shades.”

“The kitchen ammenties at this hotel are great - full kitchenette with cookery/cutlery etc. provided. My room had a fridge with freezer, toaster oven as well as a cooktop. This would be a good option for multi-night stays and especially if you plan to eat in. I did have to ask to have the floors re-cleaned as they were not super clean on check-in but the property manager was very responsive in arranging that. “Our room was clean and spacious. We rented the “Gather” which is a little suite with two rooms with king beds, and 1 1/2 bath. The beds were very comfortable and each room has a window air conditioner that you can operate at your comfort level. There is a bar that is self serve 24/7 where you can get spring, or bubbly water and home baked snacks. “This hotel was cute! It could use some basic updating in the rooms, extra pillows and better lighting. Upgrades to the bedsheets and such. But the pool and hot tub area was excellent our kids loved it. The breakfast set up was fine, it was individually packed muffins, donuts, granola bars, juices, etc which worked for us needing to eat and run. Its a privately owned hotel and while it could use some upgrades it worked great for us.”
