“Clean & well maintained facility with very friendly and helpful staff.”

“The staff was efficient and accommodating. We had some trouble with our TV and someone was up in our room taking care of the problem almost immediately. Also, I was staying overnight for a follow up post surgery visit. My appointment was not until 2 PM and they let me have a late check out time of 1 PM so me and my 83-year-old husband were not “homeless’ for three hours. Deeply appreciated.”

“Hotel was clean and smelled good. Staff was very friendly and will definitely stay here again! We had a great night of sleep. The bed was super comfortable”

“The AC did not work. It was 78 degrees in our room. We called to let them know and see if we could switch to another room or two rooms if another suite was not available, but they never found anything. No one slept well. Then the breakfast was not available until 7:30 on the weekend. We had to leave at 7, so we did not get breakfast. When you pay nearly $500 for a room, you expect AC and breakfast.”

“Poorly maintained, broken ice machines, broken pool, limited gym equipment. First room they gave me smelled lime urine (pet friendly hotel, maybe pet accident). Wont be staying here again”

“No AC in community areas, pool/spa was broken and disgusting. Elevator only worked half the time, our keys kept shutting down, couldn’t get fresh towels and we were there for 4 days. Garbages never got emptied and never replaced dirty cups in room… halls smelt like Marijuana and HOT. Just an overall bad experience.”

“The bed was quite comfortable. The HVAC was easy to operate and I liked the constant fan option. We were only staying one night, but the room was quite spacious. I would highly recommend this property.”
