“The gym was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable. 10/10 will stay here again.”

“This hotel was disgusting there was stains on the pillow cases there was dried soap all over the bathroom floor and it was under going renovations we had contractors knock on our door at 7:30am talking about they were there to measure the windows it was ants all over the stove there was NO housekeeping you literally had to carry your dirty towels done to the front desk in order to get clean towels and then they ran out of towels so we had to go buy our own I would absolutely never ever stay...

“During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into...

“Air condition worked fine. The room smelled bad/ Bathroom floor was dirty and not freshly cleaned. No proper locks on doors. Only one entrance is allowed to be used in the whole motel for entry. Not to mention in a dangerous area of Columbus. DO NOT STAY HERE. ”

“The bed was really comfortable! The hot tub was closed, staff was annoyed to answer any questions, breakfast was slim, vending machine was broken, hallways smelled like smoke. It was fine for a night but I would not stay again.”

“Staff were nice upon arrival. Room was as expected. In room no USB ports or lamp plug ins for cellphone. Also one of the bed lamps did not have a bulb in them. Brought my fire stick couldn't use outlet was too far away. Very conveniently located by the freeway and gas stations. Not far from grocery stores. ”

“It is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Random stuff in the room was falling apart like the dresser, the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, you only get two flat pillows per bed. We spilled some water on the ground and used our hotel towels to soak it up and when we picked the towels back up, they were completely brown. The location is nice because of how close to everything it is. Internet doesn’t like to connect sometimes and will also tell you that you have too many devices on it....

“I wasn’t even there my stay was canceled and I didn’t get my refund the manger is holding my refund even though I booked it through Expedia I can’t get my money back ”

“When I arrived, the property was not the most inviting although the staff was friendly. After receiving my key and walking down the hallway, it became a weary sight as it was dimly lit and looked beat up. Walking in the room and turning the light on, the light kept flickering, the walls were dingy looking, the tile on the bathroom floor and wall were dirty and some broken. The shower rod was hanging very low as if it was broken. I did not stay in this place long.”

“While trying to check in the man at the front desk seemed confused that we had booked online and had to make 2 phone calls. After receiving pur room key, we get.to our room and they didnt work, which i think the man at the feont desk knew because he was there 2 seconds later to use his key to let us in. We walked into th room and their was a huge stain on the bes spread, i turned to my husband and said lets just go home. We walked back into the hallway where the front desk guy still was talking...

“Terrible service. We paid a premium expecting a breakfast like the one shown on their website. When I went to inquire about it, a man started shouting at me, claiming I was lying and that I must have been looking at photos of a different hotel—not that one. I pointed out how illogical that was: why would I look at photos, make a reservation, and spend the night at a hotel if the pictures on the website actually belonged to a different place? It was ridiculous. And that wasn't even the worst...
