“bed sheets were very crimpled. Did not look like clean sheets”

“Hotel is loud - Thin wall steel construction - every time a room door shut we heard a loud bang that echoed throughout. I'm a BonVoy rewards member and I did not like that we were put in one hallway with dog owners; heard dogs barking every night we stayed there.”

“The room was very clean and it smelled good. Staff was very helpful.They made sure we got the towels we needed, and told us how to disposed of our trash. Free breakfast was provided.We didn't eat, but it looked good. The area around the hotel was very nice.”

“The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.”

“The exterior was not in the best shape. The lobby was hot. The room was clean. They appear be under renovations….maybe?”

“The AC did not work. It was 78 degrees in our room. We called to let them know and see if we could switch to another room or two rooms if another suite was not available, but they never found anything. No one slept well. Then the breakfast was not available until 7:30 on the weekend. We had to leave at 7, so we did not get breakfast. When you pay nearly $500 for a room, you expect AC and breakfast.”

“Property was well maintained and staff were great! Gym was nice but cable machine was broken and looked like it had been for a little while, all other equipment worked well!”

“Poorly maintained, broken ice machines, broken pool, limited gym equipment. First room they gave me smelled lime urine (pet friendly hotel, maybe pet accident). Wont be staying here again”
