“Air conditioning was not working. But luckily it cooled down enough at night to make it bearable. The room and the balcony were great as was the staff. ”

The Starbucks drinks were not good and it took a long time although the staff was friendly. The free shuttle was nice. Casino was good/average. My friend left her coat in the room and called about 30 min after we checked out. Was told to send them a shipping label and they would return it. She sent the label that same day. “Great location for our visits to the DIA and Ford Piquette Plant. Available parking on site. Very good restaurant nearby, too. Room was large and comfortable. Inn a little worn but nice overall. Would recommend”

“This hotel was perfect for our visit to Fox Theatre! It’s in a quiet area, but the complementary shuttle helped us get downtown quickly! The valet service was great, the room was clean, and the staff was very kind.”

“We loved the Detroit Club! The rooms are very nice! We loved the grotto and spa. Bruno was the cherry on top of the stay. For ways to improve, I’d recommend a full length mirror for the rooms.”

“the room was very noisy, both from the windows and from the room's door. A lot of noise come from the corridors, when people walking or talking. the most isolated place was the bathroom.”

“Lives the property overall. Did not really like the breakfast. The room was beautiful and staff amazing. Only complaint was a rude valet driver who kept questioning whether or not I was staying at the property when I was sitting in the lobby when I clearly was.”

Kitchen was well-stocked (cookware, foil, cutting board, etc.) and the unit also came with laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, and surface wipes. Clean, odor-free, comfortable bed. Good lighting with warm ambient options. Spacious closet. Nice big windows with a pleasant view. WiFi was solid. Neighbors audible through walls/floor occasionally but not frequently. “Great location. Jerrie the front desk person went above & beyond to be helpful and offer suggestions. The fitness room was well supplied, had new equipment and was spotless! The in-room coffee was delicious and the bed was perfect, not too hard or soft.”
