“Lives the property overall. Did not really like the breakfast. The room was beautiful and staff amazing. Only complaint was a rude valet driver who kept questioning whether or not I was staying at the property when I was sitting in the lobby when I clearly was.”

“Loved the staff and location - very disappointed with [ just one ] girl bartender...very short and took her tip money before i finished my drink....The male bar tender tried to defuse the situation but she was disrespectful and very rude..... Don't need her to ruin a very nice property and stafff....”

“the room was very noisy, both from the windows and from the room's door. A lot of noise come from the corridors, when people walking or talking. the most isolated place was the bathroom.”

“Room was really nice except AC only works when you are in the room. The issue with the hotel and casino is a complete lack of professional staff who want to serve you. Multiple times staff were rude and completely unhelpful. For a room that was over $350 a night I expect some level of service which I didn’t receive. I highly recommend not staying here.”
