“Le service c'était formidable”

“Room was not very clean. Found a pin with a smile face on the floor. Also found clothes tags on the floor. Don't even know if they vacuumed. Shower head was very rusty. Also wanted to use the ice machine to put ice in my cooler. Asked the front desk where it is and she said they don't have one. You have to ask the bar at the restaurant next door for ice. Very weird that they have an ice bucket in the room when you can't use it. Just ok. Will not be back.”

“Ospitalità pari a zero.. Soprattutto con il personale. Posto strategico e soddisfacente in quanto a piedi da Times Sqare ci si impiega in soli pochi minuti (centro) mentre per il resto siamo insoddisfatti. Lo sconsiglio vivamente, poi a voi la scelta. Saluti.”
