“Clean room. Friendly staff and willing to help with requests. Good fresh breakfast. ”

“I give it a 1 star rating. It’s promoted as a hotel but to me it’s an Airbnb hotel. Limited hours for staffing, meaning the staff is not there to accommodate the guests 24 hours. I received a call by staff one hour and 22 minutes before I arrived to be told that the room I requested was not available in unworkable condition, that I could be accommodated with a smaller room. I had booked the room for 3 people and one bed bedroom was unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a call back and...

“The air conditioning unit did not work. Room was very stuffy. They tired to repair it but that was not successful. ”

“The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage. Along with bread, English muffins and their fabulous cinnamon rolls! ”

“We asked to be moved from a noisy room to what was hoped to be a more quiet room. The new room was a bit quieter because it didn’t have noisy people in the next room. However, the rooms have no insulation or noise barriers so any sound in the vicinity is amplified in your room. The toilet was also plugged when we checked in and mostly remained that way until we checked out. Not acceptable.”
