“AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...
