“Rooms were dirty and uninviting! Lobby decent, staff friendly but…In the room the floors were sticky, walls were dirty, no tv remote, no trash can, uncomfortable bed and pillows, blinds were broken causing street lights to shine in the room. Elevator had a strong chemical smell which made it intolerable to use. Not enough towels provided for the number of guests and the only way to receive more towels from the front desk was to bring them our used towels. No extras of any kind. Very...

“the smoking room smelled like she wle cigarettes even after I cleaned and had a air purifier. I would suggest not choosing this room of you don't smoke”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“The Inn and the innkeepers were lovely. The decor is quirky and elegant at the same time. Every convince is thought of. The fireplace in every room is a fabulous touch. We can’t wait to visit again soon”

“Cheap clean ok place ”

“Staff was unresponsive to complaint about large amount of hair in/on shower drain. Asked them to clean it and it wasn't done. Also the bathroom had a very strong odor that want addressed. Seemed like nice people just not focused on details.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. This is the most run down Fairfield I have stayed at. The noise from the highway is significant. There are better places to stay in the area.”
