“The Joule delivered an exceptional experience overall. The Deluxe Loft Suite was impressive, and for the first day, everything was operating at a true five-star level.
Unfortunately, the AC failed in my room and the issue was not resolved during my stay. That was an unexpected miss, especially given the standard the property otherwise upholds.
Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board.”

“We really love this hotel! Downtown Dallas, in an historic building, walking distance from all the most important monuments and museums.
We really appreciated the room: quiet, comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The hotel itself is a safe place, and the overall design is beautiful!
