“We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Joule. The room was nice and spacious. It was located near many restaurants that were in walking distance. We had an issue with parking. We had to circle the hotel several times for valet parking. We were considering parking in one of the parking garages but we didn’t know which garage was for the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes but we would park in one of the parking garages instead.”

"The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no. I was not given any help with my bags either on arrival or departure. NO I wouldn’t recommend it!!!"
