Dire MERAVIGLIOSO per i bambini è dire poco!!! Unico nel suo genere... bellissimo, pulito, nelle camere, piscina, parco acquatico, giostre, non ci si può annoiare.. cibo buona qualità!! Carne e pesce dolcì.. pizza e pasta ovviamente non a livello eccellente per i gusti italiani... ma il resto è davvero il top... la colazione meravigliosa.. attenzione per i bambini (hanno fatto trovare un regalino per il compleanno del mio bambino ).. non esiste un hotel che abbia tutto questo... a questi prezzi... però... la location è tra le peggiori mai viste... Magaluf pieno di ragazzi ubriachi che fanno casino tutta la notte.. orribile... mare non tra i migliori di Maiorca ma nonostante questo qualsiasi bambino era ansioso di tornare.. (clientela per la maggior parte inglese).. ottimo soggiorno in rapporto qualità prezzo....

Big hotel in a good position and a great park
the hotel is a big structure in Magalluf, near the movida and near the beaches (Magalluf is at 200 metres and Palmanova 5-10 minutes by feet). there are many attractions in the park for the residents and for the visitors (not free for the visitors), a nice mini golf with 18 + 18 holes, various games in 4D and a Magic house with many things to see and to play inside. Food is not bad, good quality but few choices, the lunch room is too little and sometimes we had to wait...We appreciated the snakes offered in the afternoon and late morning at the pool bar, hamburgers, hot dog, fruit, icecreams, yoghourt, chips and drinks (only if you choose all inclusive, and it's my advice). Pools are nice but a little small for the structure. The real problem for this hotel are the rooms, family rooms for three or four person are very small, if you get the bigger one you have no terrace and no place outside the beds, if you chose the terrace the room is even smaller, we was very disappointed about the room.

Bello, ma da migliorare
Hotel carino, ma non tenuto bene (muri scrostati, polvere nei corridoi) potrebbero migliorare la manutenzione generale, oltre alla pulizia..siamo arrivati in camera (standard) e sul pavimento c'erano polvere e qualche carta di caramella, segno che non era stato pulito il pavimento. Anche le strutture dei letti erano vecchie e logore. Il personale è disponibile e gentile. Il cibo molto vario e buono, abbondante. Attenzione per chi ha bimbi piccoli: NON fidatevi del tizio alla reception della casa dello yeti, ci ha detto che era adatta a noi (con una bimba di 2 anni e mezzo), senza dirci né mostrarci cosa avremmo visto, ci siamo fidati ma invece era terrorizzata e urlava piangendo fin da subito, c'era un'altra famiglia con una bimba di 5 anni pure lei terrorizzata e in lacrime. Vie di fuga di emergenza non ce ne sono, abbiamo passato dei minuti orribili. NON consiglio assolutamente x bimbi piccoli. Altra nota dolente: hotel a maggioranza di clienti inglesi che disturbano e urlano durante la notte, corrono x i corridoi, bevono, si ubriacano e lanciano oggetti dalle terrazze. Lo avevamo scelto perché sembrava carino x i bimbi, ma in realtà non ci tornerei.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla Spiaggia e alla via principale di Magalluf. Personale sempre sorridente e a disposizione. Buffet ricco e variegato. Frequentato principalmente da famiglie con bambini ma adatto anche ad un gruppo di ragazzi. Consiglio!

Ottima animazione per bambini
Il punto di forza dell'hotel è sicuramente l'animazione per i bambini, gli animatori sono bravi, simpatici, preparati e disponibili; niente è lasciato al caso, il primo giorno i genitori devono compilare una scheda con i dati relativi al proprio figlio (compreso eventuali allergie/intolleranze, se è in grado di nuotare, ecc.) e con tutti i recapiti dei genitori per ogni evenienza! Viene dato anche un programma dettagliato di tutte le attività che, a seconda del giorno, il proprio bambino andrà a fare! Ogni sera spettacoli diversi tutti veramente belli a parte, a mio parere, la serata con i balli celtici un po' noiosa.Gli ospiti dell'hotel hanno un free pass gratuito per il parco divertimenti annesso alla struttura che può essere utilizzato senza limiti dalle 10.00 alle 18.00. Le camere sono semplici ma pulite, non dispongono però nè di phon nè di frigo (da richiedere in reception a pagamento), inoltre l'hotel non fornisce teli mare. La cucina è varia e di buona qualità, il buffet viene rifornito in continuazione. E' frequentato soprattutto da inglesi e spagnoli, gli italiani sono pochissimi. Il wifi gratuito funziona solo nella hall ma non sempre molto bene.....L'hotel è ubicato a breve distanza dalla spiaggia (circa 250 mt.) dove è possibile affittare ombrellone e 2 lettini a Euro 13,50 per tutta la giornata. Il mare di Magaluf è stupendo, caldo e trasparente! Nel complesso è stata una bellissima vacanza!

Albergo in posizione ottimale
Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questo hotel e devo dire che è stato un soggiorno molto gradevole, grazie alla sua posizione direi ottima in quanto vicina alla via dei locali e al BCM ma non abbastanza da sentire il rumore dei giovani inglesi in pieno divertimento. Era un albergo dove erano presenti persone di tutte le età dai giovani alle famiglie alle persone più grandi di età. Inoltre abbiamo avuto, in quanto clienti dell' albergo, il pass per entrare nel park resort propio vicino dove si possono passare un paio di ore molto piacevoli e divertenti. Per noi italiani cosa molto importante è la presenza del bideè nel bagno, difficile da trovare all' estero. Avevamo pernottamento e prima colazione e devo dire che la colazione era ben assortita e a mio parere anche buona da poter soddisfare i gusti degli anglosassoni e di noi latini. Unica pecca la mancanza del phone e il letto matrimoniale era composto da due letti singoli fatti vicini, quindi a ogni spostamento i due letti si staccavano. Per tutto il resto giudizi positivi.

Vacanza molto piacevole
Abbiamo prenotato 3 giorni prima della partenza chiamando direttamente il call center expedia,la signorina è stata gentilissima e ha cercato soluzioni migliori,tipo volo diretto e transfer dall'aeroporto,cosa alla quale non avevo pensato,albergo molto bello a 3 minuti a piedi dal mare,in centro ma fuori dal caos. Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione,cibo internazionale molto buono ed abbondante. In conclusione ottimo servizio sia di expedia sia dell'albergo. Ci ritorneremmo volentieri.

Extremely family-friendly hotel. Impressive and consistent layout of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the facilities at the hotel are very good. The location of the hotel is also very good. A 25 minutes drive from the airport. From the hotel, there's not far to Palmanova and Palma. Also a short drive to marine land. Only thing pulling the experience down slightly is the quality of the food at the hotel. Some days it was good, and other days not so much. It is obvious that a lot of the food is precooked.

Come home from here yesterday, food wasn’t the best it was very repetitive and could tell it was all cheap. We ate out quite a lot of times because it wasn’t appetising after being there for 10 days I was ready to come home. The small and large pool kept cutting everyone’s feet so there was blood everywhere which isn’t very hygienic. I did report this to the life guards numerous times as they had to put stuff on the kids feet but they didn’t seem very bothered. The rooms wasn’t cleaned by the cleaners all they did was make the beds and if you didn’t get up by 9 and have it done then it wouldn’t be made. I wasn’t really happy with this as my 6 year old spilled drinks on the floor so it was sticky and we had been to the beach a few times so there was sand on the floor. The entertainment was really poor only 1 good show the whole 10 days. On a plus side the kids really enjoyed it the splash park is brilliant, the crazy golf, upside down house and 4D cinema etc was brilliant. Considering we went in these circumstances it was really good close to the town so plenty places to go and eat out and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Glad I didn’t go when the strip is open as we are quite close to it so could even here the music coming from a few places that was open. Would of been shocking if the strip was open so wouldn’t advise going when it all re opens properly. The hotel is very noisy as night as in people maybe people need to be considerate when it’s late.

The hotel is excellent for families , just got home from a 5 day stay, really impressed especially during the covid crisis , the hotel is lovely , drinks are good , entertainment is good , the only issue was the mask situation which is really irritating . Food was ok ... had a brilliant time and will defiantly be returning next year hopefully by then things will be back to some sort of normal

Hôtel sympa , top pour les enfants qui trouvent leur bonheur !! Propreté impeccable, service agréable, par contre très déçu de la nourriture , à améliorer !!! également mauvaise insonorisation dans le bâtiment et les chambres ! Literie correcte mais peu mieux faire , Chambres très simple niveau déco et qui ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos présentées sur le site ... Manque d’animation en journée et en soirée , seulement 1 bar le soir ... trop d’attente !!

Fantastic hotel for anyone with a young family. I’ve been twice this year with my 6-year old son. He loved the water park when we came in April. It was closed when we were here this week so we visited all the other attractions we didn’t get to see the last time. He lived it.

Hotel bol dobry, strava aj cistota. Bol zrekonštruovaný, takže izby boli dobre. Personál milý a nápomocný. Negatívny. Hotel je predražený na tu oblast,a za všetko chcu príplatok, a hlavne polpenzia, ako sme mali my. Napoje aj k vecery, aj voda, aj polovica atrakci nieje v cene.Hlucne okolie, najme pre mladistvých, disco atd.. A nie pre rodiny z detmi.Takze vela hlucnich a opitých Angličanov co vam ziapu celu noc pod oknom, a na druhy den ma polovica monokle a zlomené nosy.

Kids love everything.
From day 1 to the end of our stay everytjing was great. My kids loved it. We will definitely go back. Negative part was we have 2 rooms the otther rooms aircon does not work so we all slept in one room but overall everyrthing was wonderful

Das Hotel im Empfangsbereich, Pool, Freizeit ist schön. Unser Zimmer extrem klein, anfangs schmutzig. Das Bad echt runtergekommen, lieblos ausgestattet. Definitiv nicht 4 Sterne. Das "Restaurant" für Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet an sich nett, aber extrem laut (baulich bedingt). Sonst echt ok.

Exceptional property. Food, staff are brilliant. The only realy thing I can say is be ready for the noise outside.. it has nothing to do with the hotel its the other hotels guest near the property which is to be expeted when you are in Magaluf. Recommended when you have children they have everything children will enjoy.

Die Anlage ist absolut empfehlenswert! Vor allem für Familien. Alles wunderbar!! Vom Essen über Sauberkeit oder Freundlichkeit!! Alles Top! Standardzimmer würden wir allerdings nicht mehr nehmen da sie sehr klein sind. Das einzig erschreckende ust...wie manche Gäste sich respektlos benehmen und HAUFENWEISE von den Speisen stehen lassen! Fast schon beschämend!

Todo perfecto menos la limpieza de la habitacion Dos dias tuvimos que bajar a recepcion para que nos hicieran la habitacion , el martes a las 8,30 de la tarde y el miercoles a las 6,30 de la tarde y aun asi hacian solo la cama y poco mas. Habia manchas en ciertos sitios que duraron hasta que nos marchamos. No parecio que se molestaran nada por las quejas. De lo demas no tuvimos queja alguna , al contrario muy amables y competentes.

It’s a shame really, the hotel is clean and lobby, reception and bar area is nice - the rooms are a bit basic and small, but perfectly fine. The pool was good and the soft play was great for young kids. The staff were so lovely and it’s perfectly safe for the kids with an alarm system if children try and leave on their own. It’s just such a shame that the hotel is so noisy and the noise goes on until all hours. I think the hotel could do with more action against the noise. Even signs up on each floor asking people to be quiet in respect of other guests. There were a few fights we witnessed in our stay and the language of some was bad when there are young kids around. I left my room with my 5 year old and found a man outside feffing and jeffing about something and this was pretty standard to hear. If the hotel could get behaviour of some in check it would be a good family hotel.

My son loves the park so much and we wish to go back next year if possible. The room is clean. The staffs are fab. Food is good and varieties. We hardly go anywhere except staying inside the resort. The staffs at the kids club are well train. My son didn’t want to go anywhere because of the clubs. There are so much to do inside the resort for children. Fabulous.

Lovely hotel - Great location, Friendly, helpful s
A perfect family hotel with great facilities. We were early, upon arrival we were greeted by the theme park manageress - what a credit to the hotel (lovely English lady). She arranged for our bags to be taken in and arranged wristbands to visit the theme park. The hotel has selected some of the greatest staff, the staff couldn't do enough for you and extremely tolerant towards the children. The hotel is close to the beach. Food was excellent and plenty of choice for vegetarians. The only downfall during our stay 5 to 9 April was the hotel wasn't ready, work was going on throughout which spoilt our stay. It was opened prematurely as the pools weren't ready (although the hotel had a regular bus taking people to their sister hotel). The petrol cutting machinery was noisy which meant sitting on the balcony wasn't an option. Once the work is complete this wouldn't be an issue. The work is near completion and should be ready by 1 May 2019 - Shame Hotels.com didn't inform us prior to booking or going there. AVOID the local shops, Aldi is opposite the hotel at the rear for water and fruits etc. The local shops charge what they want and tend to rip off the tourists. All in all, the hotel is great, excellent location and facilities. Anything it lacks is made up by the wonderfully great staff! BOOK WITHOUT HESITATION.

Regarding to internal noise, please bear in mind that can always be exceptions and we work hard in order to handle it. That is why the hotel have our security staff to ensure the common coexistence. Par rapport au bruit mentionné sur votre commentaire, Sol Katmandu est un hôtel dédié aux familles et aux infants et ils font du bruit, parlent, chantent et rigolent quand ils sont heureux. Ainsi, nous ne pouvons pas interdire aux infants de faire du bruit pour exprimer leur bonheur et joie. Quand même, nous sommes désolés pour tous les inconvénients que cette situation vous a causé pendant votre séjour. Hotellet passer for småbarnsfamilier opp til 7 år. Det er uoppvarmede bassenger. Masse aktiviteter men veldig støyete. Slitne og små rom. Sentralt plassert.

This was a really great hotel to stay in, the check in was easy, room very spacious and location was great! The highlight of the stay was the amazing buffet that was included, incredible!!!

Super pour les enfants mais très bruyant
Super sympa pour les enfants grâce au parc avec la maison à l’envers, en plus la plage n’est pas loin, mais la piscine est moins tentante car les transats sont les uns sur les autres, tout est bétonné... Mais attention, hôtel très bruyant à cause des enfants dans l’hôtel et des fêtards à l’extérieur !! Buffet sympa et varié

Nous sommes très heureux de savoir que votre séjour a été si positif. Par rapport au bruit externe, nous voudrions emphatiser que même si notre hôtel est orienté aux familles avec beaucoup des activités et amusement, le ressort est situé à Plage de Calvia, une zone touristique avec plein de vie pendant toute la journée. L’hôtel travaille pour améliorer la insonorisation mais on ne peut pas nous faire responsables de ce que les gens qui sont dehors des installations de l’hôtel. Quand même, nous prenons en considération tous vos commentaires pour améliorer tous nos services.
