“Very nice hotel.Will stay again.Its a city hotel so yes the drinks are expensive. Paid £25 for breakfast but it was topnotch. Spa is expensive at £50 for 2 hours. However I went off-peak at 08.00 for £30 which is a bit better. Had 2 requests while there. One for Decaf T-bags and another as we needed toilet rolls. Both requests were met with delivery to room within 10 mins. Excellent service. The whole experience was first class. Thank you”

“Lovely, friendly staff. Only complaint about stay, there were only two sheets of toilet roll in the bedroom bathroom. Had to use our tissues from our car. Had a nice meal in restaurant. Good selection. Pork dish had to be sent back as meat pink in middle. Not ideal. But fish delicious. Will be back if in that area again. ”
