“I got to my room late after driving 13 hours. I took a shower and started to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. There was hair and dead bugs in it. I wad so tired. I slept on top of the blanket. The room had an odor from someone smoking in the room too. The breakfast was just a Muffin and fruit bar. Not what I was expecting. The hallway carpet looked like it needed replaced.”
