“Breakfast was AWFUL. Hoe do you mess up oatmeal too. Only safe thing to eat was the fruit. Bathtub had a ring that was never remedied. Looked dirty. Appreciated the shuttle to Mayo Clinic.”

“Most of the people here were either patients of the Mayo or had loved ones in the hospital, and for a reasonable room price they provided a nice breakfast and light supper lunch at no charge. I think this really was a great benefit for most that were staying here. ”

“Hotel is dated. Staff pleasant. Room had broken and dirty desk chair. Tub faucet very loose. Rust by wall air conditioner by baseboard. Room carpet was dusty in corners. Walls are like paper. Key card to get in room after check in didn’t work. Went back to front desk and Paul got new keys after he tried the original key cards several times. He was very pleasant and apologetic. No one at front desk for check out, followed posted instructions and dialed 0 and got a recording that no one was...
