Hotel a Maple Heights-Lake Desire

“The room was ok but definitely showing its age. The room we were in had pipes exposed in the closet; the bathroom was pretty banged up and could use a major overhaul. Considering the cost of the room and my experience with "autograph" venues, this was a disappointment. I would not recommend this. There are much nicer ones in the area within this price point. We had no need for the kitchen but it was a nice bonus! The breakfast was ok. Obviously the early bird catches the worm is true. ...

Materasso scomodo, porta che non si chiudeva completamente (entrava uno spiraglio di luce da fuori) e tanto rumore di auto dalla vicina autostrada da fuori”

“Unfortunately, our stay at Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel was very disappointing and left our family with a negative impression. We chose this hotel for our annual family vacation, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Instead, we encountered several issues that affected our stay, including unavailable amenities and inconveniences that were not communicated to us before arrival. What was most disappointing was not just the issues themselves, but how they were handled afterward....

“To be honest, you didn't expect much for the price. But, the staff was exceedingly friendly! The rooms were clean the amenities worked. Just an overall great stay and I will definitely stay there again with my wife when I go back up to visit!”

“I would like to recognize the front desk people, (day and night shift ), the drivers, the housekeeper that cleans our room perfectly/spotless every day, the dining room or the breakfast ladies. And the guy that maintains the ground floor keeping it clean, I saw him every day since we checked in until we checked out. I can’t thank you guys enough for your unwavering efforts and dedication to work.”

“Our rooms carpet was soaking wet, had to have staff come in and lay towels down, as we didn't want to change rooms. Woke up at 6:15 in the morning to fire alarms going off. Evacuated the building, fire trucks arrived all clear to go back in, alarms went off numerous times later. Something wrong with their system. No explanation from staff..”
