“Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. “Absolutely outstanding place to stay,asked us what we wanted for breakfast and a fantastic bacon and egg sandwich was waiting in the warmer in the morning amongst a lot of other breakfast cereal too,you can even feed the cows in the field opposite 10/10”

“Easy quick check-in, room nice and clean, very comfortable bed, glad a fan was provided as the night was extremely humid. Great breakfast and good time availability, nice to have the 7am option. Perfect location for our needs, Oulton Park Racing circuit and Chester Zoo. Car park has barrier so car feels secure. Nice countryside location. Will book again should I venture to Cheshire again.”

“Fantastic sleep, perfect for what we paid/needed, the only complaint was that the full English breakfast wasn't the best (just no real flavour/seasoning, no one in the group finished theirs) but great room slept like a log even though we were the first room on the ground floor, pub attached is great, staff were excellent ”

“From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a wet room lovely bath and even a TV built in.
