“It was clean and quiet!”

“Clean. Breakfast was good. Easy parking.”

“There was dust coating the walls. The cabinet holding the fridge had water damage with black spots all over it. The curtains were ripped, and the rods were broken. There was something splattered on the ceiling, and the room had a musty smell. On the main floor, there was obvious water damage on the ceilings with multiple large yellow stains”

“The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed were comfortable and room was all around welcoming. The staff was very nice - Lisa handled my lost items with care and patience to get them returned to me. Linda was very understanding and helpful with check-out with my very demanding Mayo Clinic schedule. The staff was very supportive. Will definitely be staying here for future Mayo Clinic appointments.”

“Quick one night stay, enjoyed the social hour and bingo with Mike, he was a highlight. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy. Biggest cons were how expensive onsite parking was, ugh $20 and limited breakfast items.”

“The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.”

“The only reason I settled for a score of three versus four; outside our hotel window was a car. This car had an alarm. Every fifteen minutes the alarm on the car would go off. Kept me awake most of the evening.”
