“Breakfast was at 7am on weekends. Wish that was up front sonce we had wrestling tournaments for 2 days and all familys had to leave before both days. Said 6am when booking Cable and internet was out 1st night. Most likely find somewhere else next time ”

“The front desk person called hours prior to my stay to inform me that a king bed was no longer available due to reconstruction. I kept it anyway assuming we'd get 2 queens when he said it was a double. But it was one bed. The night was interrupted with noises from the heater in the room and construction sound in the early am. In the morning we went to get breakfast but everything was out. The waffle machine was empty, the juice was only water coming out. So we left. We will not rebook at...

“The rooms both nights I was there, were very clean, very spacious, great beds, and so quiet! There were several groups there so I thought it might be extra loud but it was the opposite. Easy access to Mayo Clinic was helpful as well. A great place to stay!”

“Small rooms with bulky dresser/table. For a few nights it was do able. We were on the 3rd floor and the water pressure was terrible. For a girl with longer hair—it took 20 mins to wash out. Talked to another guest on the first floor they had no problems with water pressure. The picture hanging in the bathroom on the wall was dirty. That should be cleaned every time the room gets cleaned. Would I stay here again—yes! ”

“Pool facility clean and convenient. Room orderly and clean, even TP end was folded into a triangle. AC quiet.”

“The Berkman is a very modern hotel. Wonderful for short or long term stays. Rooms are well insulated, you don’t hear your neighbors. We had a one bedroom suite. Very nice kitchen facilities, fully equipped. Comfy bed and sofa. Nice balcony. Dog friendly, sixth floor has a dog relief area and even a dog bath. Highly recommended.”

“Perfect for visiting Mayo Clinic!!! Front desk staff helpful, shuttle to Mayo easy and friendly, Room perfect, cleaning staff thorough. Loved having a kitchen. I ordered groceries through delivery and staff called my room when they arrived. The only criticism was the free breakfast, I did not care for it. Everything else was perfect, would stay here again! There is construction, but not a problem. I enjoyed watching the progress. ”
