“The people up stair where loud, we had to call the front desk to ask them to put there kids to bed it was around 1am and all we heard was running and jumping around! Still did help they didn’t listen! ”

“The staff goes above and beyond here to make sure that your stay is comfortable. Great place to stay if you are are Mayo Clinic patient . They provide transportation and/ or if you’re able, you can walk there. we’ve stayed here twice and will be going back a third time.”

“We looked at many hotels and even checked into one and quickly left. We checked into Fairfield last minute and we are so happy we did. The property is conveniently located near Mayo properties and the shuttle was on time every day. The entire hotel is clean and feels safe. The room was clean, the housekeepers visited daily and replenished towels and supplies. No mold, no funny smells. The room we stayed in seemed remodeled and new. “Very good all around. Mark at front desk was welcoming, helpful in instruction about construction and how it effects walking to Mayo, provided info on shuttle, explained we could leave our car for a few hours following checkout to attend Mayo appt. He offered info on complimentary breakfast. Room was quiet, spacious and well designed. There are nice restaurants walkable. Parking was great. ”

“Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. “Friendly staff. Hotel was clean and comfy near mall and restaurants but did have a food truck in the parking lot as well. Rochester has a great hospitality feel to the community. This hotel keeps in line with that feel. ”

“This is a great hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast! The rooms are great and have a kitchenette and living room area. Very comfortable. Nice landscaping around the hotel! Mayo shuttle service is very helpful! The pink flamingo shuttle and drivers are very uplifting and kind. ”

“Our room was clean with an updated bathroom and flooring throughout. The kitchenette had a full fridge, toaster, microwave, and sink. The living space had a super comfy recliner and plenty of seating for a family of 6. The separated bedroom had comfy beds, cold AC, and an extra vanity and sink, which is awesome when someone needs to get ready while another is using the bathroom. Overall a great experience for our family!”
