Hotel vicino a Rochester Indoor Tennis Center - Rochester

“The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.”

“I have always had good experiences staying here in the past, but this visit was highly disappointing. I was given the wrong room type, and although the space appeared clean, wiping up a small kitchen spill left my rag completely covered in dirt. To make matters worse, the parking garage was full, forcing visitors to park four and a half blocks away and wait for a shuttle in a very uncomfortable environment with people yelling profanities in the street. I ended up parking on a side street and...

“this hotel was very accessible to Mayo Clinic and the staff was very nice and helpful even when we had to stay another night after we checked out. Very reasonable and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was OK :)”

“Room was clean, common areas were well kept, staff was friendly and accommodating.”

“This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.”

“Our stay was very nice”

“Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!”

“Stayed here when my husband was in the hospital after heart surgery. It was very clean and quiet! I was on the 4th floor, the hotel was fully booked but I could have sworn I was the only person on the floor. 10/10 will stay here again.”

“Room was clean but the bed sheets should be replaced.”

“we encountered bugs at this property”

“This was really a nice play to stay during our week going to the Mayo Clinic. The front desk staff were all so sweet and gave us bottles of water every night! The subway level cafes and location were also a big comfort. We loved all the restaurants nearby and the hotel breakfasts too. Really grateful. Thank you!”
