“The heated underground parking was wonderful in the cold weather. We used the kitchen in our room for several meals. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is street construction around the building, but unloading and loading are still easy. The shuttle was very convenient, although it doesn't run on Saturday or Sunday.”

“The electrical outlet plugs in the room were worn out. Most would not hold a plug. Plug in their hair dryer or the brick to charge my phone and it would just drop out of the socket. Frustrating and especially in the bathroom NOT SAFE. The room was worn but meticulously clean. ”

“Really outstanding. Friendly and accommodating staff allowed me to check in early (post-surgery). So, that was a relief. Check-in otherwise was really quick and efficient. Treated me like a guest. Room was spotless and well furnished, good internet and video/TV service, large screen TV, very comfortable bed, breakfast had great variety and quality ingredients with pleasant breakfast room, and spotless bath and vanity.
