“Rooms were clean. Amenities were nice. Breakfast was delicious.”

“The rooms both nights I was there, were very clean, very spacious, great beds, and so quiet! There were several groups there so I thought it might be extra loud but it was the opposite. Easy access to Mayo Clinic was helpful as well. A great place to stay!”

“Small rooms with bulky dresser/table. For a few nights it was do able. We were on the 3rd floor and the water pressure was terrible. For a girl with longer hair—it took 20 mins to wash out. Talked to another guest on the first floor they had no problems with water pressure. The picture hanging in the bathroom on the wall was dirty. That should be cleaned every time the room gets cleaned. Would I stay here again—yes! ”

“The Berkman is a very modern hotel. Wonderful for short or long term stays. Rooms are well insulated, you don’t hear your neighbors. We had a one bedroom suite. Very nice kitchen facilities, fully equipped. Comfy bed and sofa. Nice balcony. Dog friendly, sixth floor has a dog relief area and even a dog bath. Highly recommended.”

“I left a wrist in my room after I checked out and they called me and are sending it out to me. Totally appreciated!”

“The pool was out of service with no notice. The toilet seat was broken. The shower leaked. The staff was not very knowledgeable upon check-in. The manager was hard to contact about reserving the conference room. Multiple messages left with no response until two days before we arrived for our 4 night stay. ”
