“We needed a place to stay for a skiing trip and stumbled upon this charming bed & breakfast. The home, built in 1885, has beautifully retained its historic character, which made our stay feel unique and welcoming. Breakfast was a delicious bonus and a great way to start the day. After reading some of the weaker reviews, we like to say our experience was completely different. In our opinion, this bed & breakfast is on par with others in the area and offered exactly what we expected for the price...

“Other than the bathroom sink being smaller than I would like, this is a great spot. Sonya and Brittany were extremely welcoming and the Town of Roscoe is adorable. Also make a reservation at the Farmhouse Italian, it is outstanding and very reasonable. The Yarra is 2 Thumbs up ”

“The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.”
