There were problems; the light/fan in the bathroom sounded BAD. The wire was pulled out of the phone. There was no bulb in the wall fixture. The smoke alarm did not work at all. I had to jiggle the handle on the toilet to get it to stop running after flushing. It seems that places no longer put alarm clocks in the rooms; this one did. The room...

“This was one of the most derelict, dirty hotels I've ever entered. We checked into our room despite the tarp on the roof, rotting exterior and filthy lobby. Our room, if possible was worse. Carpets have not been vacuumed in months/years, hallways reeked of pot or fried foods. Rivers of god knows what running down the walls. Every piece of furniture was covered in splatters and stains. “Don’t bother. We had to stay here for a baseball tournament and I honestly cannot believe they would offer this as a hotel option. It looks nice from the photos online but the place is a dump. They have updated certain things, like the front desk, to make it look fresh and new but as soon as you walk down the hallway you can tell they really haven’t done anything. The carpet has to have been there since the 80’s. The second floor has no air conditioning in the hallways so it is extremely hot in...

“We love their breakfasts, but this stay was not a good breakfast experience. We got there over a half an hour before the time for breakfast ended. But there was only one sausage left a couple of egg omelettes, no cinnamon roll rolls in the empty container, and when I tried to make a pancake, it just said pancake bag needs to be replaced, and there was also no orange juice. The attendant did come out and replace the juice when another guest was standing there waiting. I stood there waiting for...

“Location was particularly appealing because of the walking access to shopping, great restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast had something for everyone and the staff was extremely attentive. What more could you ask?”

“the property itself isn’t too bad, it’s close to the highway so you can hear some of the ruckus nearby, but it didn’t really bother us. the staff was super duper friendly and tended to any of our needs :) very pleasant stay!”
