“Keys process terrible. Pick up point is a long way from the apartment, too far to walk. Keys were not there on arrival. Customer service then directed us to the wrong spot for keys. An hour delay to get into the room. Missed a key part of the event we were going to. Not good enough for the Hugh cost of this room. ”

“On arrival everything was great. Staff at the reception were welcoming, got a recommendation for dinner and the room was perfect. The bed was also exceptional. I can't fault it. The exit was not so easy. The sensor to open the rollerdoor just wouldn't work. The driveway was on an incline so here I am going up and down trying to find the sensor in a concrete floor with no luck at all. I called reception and said I was trapped. A young man answered and said 'hold on a minute' then hung up...

If parking is limited, this should be clearly disclosed, excluded from filtered results, or allow pre-booking at the time of reservation with real-time availability. “This hotel locates in a very nice neighborhood, bus stop and supermarket just steps away. Walk to the ferry terminal enjoying fantastic views on the way. Staff are very friendly. Bars and restaurant on the ground floor. Only not very convenient is sharing bathroom. But we managed well with it.”
