I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. “We have stayed at this location a number of times because of value received for the price paid. Always clean and more than just the necessities. You could actually cook in the kitchen, which has a full sized fridge. Not luxurious, but quite nice accommodations.”

“2 Bedroom Suite was large enough for my family to spend the night. Hotel list it has an outdoor pool but the pool was drained and looks to have not been used in a long time. Breakfast was small with limited seating. ”

“When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! This is the first time in my life that I have stayed at a hotel that ran out of hot water. The room was not clean. There were hairs on the...

“They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded.”

“Pillows might as well have been nonexistent. Breakfast was a joke - not even sure why they bother to advertise it. Everything from the vending machines was either stale or flat. As a stop off point with two kids between Tennessee and New Jersey it was a complete waste of money. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in our car. ”

“Felt unsafe due to the other patrons, disgustingly dirty, not somewhere I would take my kids. Bed sheets were dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. ”
