Hotel vicino a Marion Koogler McNay Art Museum - San Antonio

“Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

“We found the hotel to be conveniently located for our needs. We enjoyed the hot breakfast as well as the “kickback” event on the evenings.”

“En general todo súper bien, solo que al parecer el aire acondicionado de la recepción y el gimnasio estaban fuera de servicio y en áreas comunes hacía mucho calor, lo demás 10/10”

“Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.”

“La ubicación es muy buena, para compras, aeropuerto y vías importantes, además cerca del río. El desayuno incluido muy bueno, pero cuidado con los horarios, porque son diferentes en fin de semana y días hábiles.”

“Good location. Loved the spacious room with complete kitchenette. The hotel was outdated, which is not a problem on itself, but some furniture was dirty and worn. Breakfast was good.”

“The Good: located near the airport literally minutes away. Parking was available with no hassle at all. The Bad- The room has two small roaches and when I brought it up to the front desk staff they said " sorry about that , did you give them a good squish" . This was not only appalling but outright disrespectful . This was not the appropriate coming from who I believe is a manager there. Also, The pool area was lacking towls and should be capped as far as how many people can be in it at once....
