“Great location. We were in town for Fiesta, and the place was perfect to go to all the festivities. Walking distance to good food. The address was a little confusing, but all worked out in the long run. A little cramped for two people getting ready for formal events. Would be great for a TDY or place to stay for a while on business. Laundry facility was a bonus! ”

“I loved the coziness of the entire estate. From the swinging benches to the actual room itself, everything was lovely. Amanda was super nice and knowledgeable about the property and rooms. I was also able to get food delivered to the house which was nice! ”

“Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a lovey view of the riverwalk from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel layout and architectural details, modern decor, and beautiful finishes. We will be staying there again when we visit San Antonio.”

“The stay was nice. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly. We did not receive the VIP promotional upgrades or the bottle of wine. Although we did get a small upgrade with a view of the river instead of the city, I had to ask for it by explaining the VIP status for Expedia and that was uncomfortable. They had several rooms for upgrade, but the receptionist argued that sometimes they don’t have availability to upgrade. It was a bit embarrassing to have to ask for the...

Letti comodi, spazi ampi, colazione ricca e varia, con prodotti di media qualità. Il costo dell’hotel è stato addebitato prima dell’arrivo e preautorizzato anche su seconda carta di credito, con ulteriore deposito di 100 USD. Poca attenzione”
