“I’m a professional cleaner and usually see everything everywhere I go, this facility was beautifully kept up. The staff was soo helpful going out of their way to even find us ziplock bags for our tubing trip ! Amazing stay all the way around! “The hotel was very clean and nice. My only disappointment was the check-in. The clerk was extremely slow getting us checked in. He also tried to say our room requested had been over booked after we had already called earlier in the day to let them know we were coming in late. “The room was filthy! The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the shower head was rusty the vent for the bathroom was filthy and rusty. There were stains in the bathtub. The furniture was old, stained badly and had burn marks from cigarettes. The air conditioner had an old cigarette butt inside of it, which I'm sure contributed to the smell. The pool was empty, I'm assuming it was getting repaired, but I had no notice prior to my arrival that it was closed. I stayed as I didn't want to find another...
