“Great motel. Always fantastic value. First choice for me in Shepparton.”

“Parking was hard as we found it hard to find our room no in the dark. 8.00pm. No lights outside or nos. On the car parks. Stay great. ”

“This motel was convenient for our one-night stay. It was good value and the toiletries, tea/coffee supplies etc were generous. More could be made of the back, outside area by cleaning it up a bit and making it pleasant to sit outside. The main drawback for us, though, was the problem with connectivity the night we stayed.”

“Shower and bathroom in general were dirty and mouldy. Was questioned when requesting a wine glass as there were none in the room. Also no teaspoons and a minimum of coffee and milk, not restocked for the following day.”

“Beds felt like you were sleeping on the ground, just all springs. Other than that the stay was alright”

“Upon arrival reception was very pleasant & helpful. But at 2 am someone else attempted to enter the room using a second key , saying he booked it also . Key number was the same . If the safety chain was not connected he would have got all the way into the room , with me asleep in bed . Reception Staff the next morning were unaware of the incident & did not show much concern for this incident .”

“Staff were so helpful and accommodating- I have mobility issues with my disability and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was great too.”

“Nice basic room for a night with good amenities including Microwave, toaster and kettle. Room is a bit noisy due to local traffic Room seemed to be very clean but found a few small cockroaches on the benches in the kitchen area which left me a bit disappointed”

“Great size apartment. The bed was very comfortable. Great communication leading up to the visit and helpful clear instructions for our late arrival. Good location and nice and quiet”

“The Motel is close to all the shops you would ever need and also straight across the road from a fantastic sporting complex, The Motel property also has a sensational pool and entertainment area with plenty of room for kid and adults to entertain themselves.”

“A warm welcome set the scene for a delightful stay. A pleasant room, secure parking for my classic car and close to parklands and shopping made for a great stay. The room had everything one needed, was clean and comfortable.”
