“It was a good stay, however upon arrival we noticed our air conditioner wasn’t working so we called down to the front desk. They sent someone up and he jiggled the thermostat and unplugged the unit to get it working. It worked for about an hour and then we noticed it stopped working again, they sent him back up and he did the same thing. This time it worked for a few hours and then again around 10:30 pm we noticed the room getting uncomfortably warm and he came for a third time and this time he...
